Photoshop: Magic wand cursor - where is the hotspot?

The new magic wand tool's cursor is nice but as usual, fancy things are unusable...
Where is the hotspot?
Please redesign the cursor... Currently if I try to click on small areas I don't know where is the cursor hotspot. As stated in the usability guide, the cursor's hotspot must be clearly recognizable.

Hit the Caps Lock key to get the precise cursor.

Thank you Jeff, that's a solution, however it's only a workaround of the problem. The solution is to teach PS designers how to create a cursor and then redesign the cursor :-)

If you prefer precision, precise cursors can be turned on in Preferences > Cursors, 2nd Column.
