My photoshop account has 3 albums marked SHARED. Yet, no one can see them to whom I have shared the URL? I review my Public gallary image and it hasn't updated for 3 days even though I've saved the Album sharing. WHY???

What happens when you open your own link in another browser or on another computer?

Can you double-check the share settings, making sure the share setting is something other than "Make this album visible to: Only me (private)"
