Adobe Support told me postings here will be handled by Adobe by product managers who can get my technical question checked for me from the engineering team.

So, dear product managers and engineers, attention please!

:::::::::::::::::: MY PROBLEM IS AS FOLLOWS::::::::::::::::

Does Lightroom support the Radeon Pro 450, 455, or 460 GPUs built in the new 15" MacBook Pros of late 2016?

-   Is it possible to enable the use of GPU(Radeon Pro 460) in Lightroom at all?
-   Or do you get the error message "Graphics processor acceleration has been disabled due to errors"??
-   How is the performance of Lightroom with enabled GPU?

There is NO useful report out there telling anything about the combination Radeon Pro 460 GPU and Lightroom...

Please help!

Yes. That card should be supported. I have a MacBook Pro with the Radeon Pro 460 GPU and the latest version of Lightroom (2015.10/6.10) and it works fine.

Details on GPU acceleration and card compatibility can be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/lightroom-gpu-faq.html

Jeffrey, thank you much for your reply!
MacBook Pro 2016 15" has not only "Intel HD Graphics 530" chip but also "Radeon Pro 460" GPU on board.
Are you sure that the Lightroom works with Radeon Pro 460 and NOT with Intel HD 530?
(A friend told me now he failed to tell his Lightroom to work with Radeon, his Lightroom only works with Intel chip... Can this be true?!)

Yep. I looked in Preference > Performance and the Radeon 460 was listed as the active card.
