I want to update my mac to OS X Lion and I'm wondering if Photoshop Elements 10 is compatible with this operating system. I currently have PSE8 and I'm pretty sure it won't work correctly, but I'm willing to upgrade to 10 if anyone knows for sure it will work.

I have been using it. I updated from PSE 8 to 10 and it seems to be working fine on Lion.
And Thank You Jeffrey Tranbery for your response, it gave me the green light to not only purchase PSE 10, but also update to Lion...

Sorry if this comes through twice but the adobe boards are giving me a bit of trouble. Anyway, thanks for the report. I waited to upgrade to Lion until they worked out the early kinks and have had an effortless experience o far. So I want to learn what I can so that when I buy and install PSE 10, it will play nicely with Lion.

Generally, the relationship is Organizer -> External Editor (to set up, see the link I posted above). There isn't good way have access to the organizer within the editor.
