Lightroom for mobile (iPad & iPhone): Locking up on selecting filter

On both my iPad mini 4 and my iphoneSE, if I display all photos and select the Filter icon, the little funnel shaped icon, the whole thing locks up. The only way out is to press the Home button. It simply doesn’t work, even after the recent update.

I've tested with iPhone 7, iPad Air 2, and iPad Pro and am not seeing any issues. Would it be possible for you to duplicate your behavior and then send us a diagnostic lo?

*iOS Log File* can be triggered when you  open up the  Lr Mobile settings and  then navigate in to the Help & Support section and long-press (2-3 sec) “Access our Support Forum”-entry and a  diagnostic log will be generated and attached to your local mail client.

I am having the same issue. It happens on my iPad Pro, iPad Air and iPhone 7. I am new to cc and still syncing 30000 pics but filters work in Albums, but freeze my devices when selecting filters from “all photos”.

Still happening here too.
Can’t send a log, because... it locks up. Totally.
So I’ll just try once it restarts...

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Lightroom for mobile (iPad): Cannot filter photos; freezes on iPad.

I just updated LRCC on my 10.5. IPad Pro. Evertime I press the filter icon LRCC freezes. I have to kill the app and restart it.Any suggestions? Thanks Monty

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Mobile on iPhone SE Filter works.

On my iPad mini series 4 selecting Filter with All Photos crashes the app.
On my iPhone SE it’s fine. Works as it should.
Just for the information of anyone tracking this.
Edit: don’t you just hate that.
Now the iPad Filter is working. Slow, and it looked like it had seized up, but it came good and did it.
So. Happy again.
