Did support for 20 years and it still makes me crazy  On a google search I saw IMSHELPER.dll was problematic.  I search for this dll and found 4  (2 x64 1 P7 and one in the adobe common folder.  If I rename all it prevented adobe log in... When I use only the imshelper.dll in common it loads no problem   Not sure what is happening here   But rename all files except the one in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\LCC     cheers

John,

I only find one crash report in the system under the email you've used on this forum and it is a month old. Have you been submitting the crash reports each time? Under a different email, possibly?

Yes but I found the fix my system was not updated. After applying windows update with the three reboots just now works. At least last two days. Thanks for responding

Thanks for responding Rikk but today after applying yet another Win 10 update it crashed again  This makes me crazy  I am retired 20+ year support veteran so feel free to poke at my system  I have sent at least 10 logs to Adobe  at this email.  I assume you mean the ability to send log from crash screen  Again thanks for the attention

NOTE I can't stop debugging this... After 20 years I still can't stop.  By running LR as administrator  the program opens.  Photoshop does not have this issue... Why Lr ran yesterday I have no clue

John,

I am not finding any crash reports other than Dec 14th.  Are these Adobe Crash Reporters popping up or Microsoft?
