LR should scale and sharpen images to recommended size in Book module.

I'm using the Book module in Lightroom for the first time and not much enjoying the experience. One huge issue, or rather oversight, is the apparent lack of automatic image scaling to achieve the suggested minimum resolution. Instead of producing a warning that indicates the current image size/zoom setting is below the suggested 200dpi resolution why does Lightroom not use its excellent scaling and sharpening tools to size to that target? Given that every image cell will have a different size requirement it's impractical to process images first to desired size/res/sharpening and then re-import them. All of that should be done on the fly during export of the final book to Blurb.

Unless I'm missing something this is a huge gap from my perspective that I hope to see resolved in the future.
