I usually use 'print to jpg' in print module to create jpgs at 402ppi with my lab's fuji profile. Today I was preparing a lab order in my usual way but all the resulting jpgs were output at 72ppi. A colleague has the exact same issue and called adobe today but the tech support person did not seem to grasp the problem and so had no answer. I tried 300ppi as well, with same result - 72 is no good to me in the print module!!!HELP!!!

How are you reading the resolution value from the JPEG file? I know that a few online services have bugs in their JPEG metadata processing and fail to read the resolution correctly.

In Bridge on my own pc. That's how I spotted it, checking what size print it was to put it in the right folder. Lab ask for a folder of jpgs for each different print size. I'm including a friend's competition entries in an order and had to tell him his images were 72 not 402. We both have the same issue, the prints I was outputting for client all say 72.

However, I have opened a jpg in Ps and gone to check image size, and the box tells me the right inches and 402 for a file that Bridge tells me is 72 - I will call lab and ask if I can send one image for them to see what they get out their end :0/
