Lightroom: luminosity only tone curve

Hi,
there's one thing I miss in LR, that is the option to let a tone curve affect the luminosity only, so that I can add contrast without adding saturation. Quite often I find the result of a correction to be oversaturated. In PS that's done easily by changing the blending mode. Would be nice to have that in LR too.

The LR tone curve is largely Luminosity only already (not precisely, but close).

How come the colours get perceivably more intense than when I do the same with a curve in PS set to luminosity blending? How much is "largely"?

I think, the curves are luminosity+some saturation. Almost no hue shift.

It's actually quite easy to emulate a luminance-only curve by dropping both saturation and vibrance a bit. Looks quite close to me.

Yeah, that's what I usually do as well. Thought it would be nice to have some enhanced contol of this, but I admit it's probably not the most needed top-of-the list feature.
