LR 5.4 - metadata problem in DNG files

I always use DNG files in my catalogue (I convert RAW files from my camera). After the changes (keywords, develop, map etc.) I use the command “Update DNG Preview & Metadata”, sometimes I only use the command “Save Metadata to File”. Then the signs of unsaved metadata disappear from the miniatures, however, after some time they appear with no reason (I don’t make any changes in the files). Sometimes I save the metadata and I immediately see the information that I should save it again. At times the information about the unsaved metadata appears after the restart of Lightroom. What can be the cause of this problem?

In the picture have a look at number 1. Number 2 is just an illustration to a different error which was moved into a different post.

It's probably a bug in Lightroom. If you know you've not changed anything on disk, you may be able to clear it by reading metadata (from disk to catalog).

In my opinion that is Lightroom problem. Sometimes I save metadata to files and immediately I "Read Metadata from Files". But this solution not always work properly and after some time I see unsaved metadata mark on miniatures again.
