Lightroom: LR 4.3 and Mountain Lion does not save the preferences after OSX wake up.

LR 4.3 on mountain lion does not save the preferences after an OSX wake up from sleep.
For example, I open a catalog on a separate (internal) drive, then quit LR, it will open the same cat right after, but if I put the OSX to sleep, it won't recognize that cat as default later on. And yes I'm an advance user since LR1.
Does anybody have this problem?

Nope, cannot reproduce. I almost never restart my OS X box (or Lr, for that matter) and when wake from sleep everything works.

Even restarting Lr (when I do, to change catalogues) remembers the usual settings.

My advice is to quit Lr, move the prefs out of the way, and then restart. Set the catalogue opts and retry.

Are you saying that you quit Lr, then put OSX to sleep, then upon Lr restart (after waking), it's forgotten which catalog it should load? (or, do I have the sequence wrong). Are there any other preferences being lost too? all of them? Are they reverting to previous, or just all gone?

Consider clarifying, unless Adobe (and afflicted users) already understand...

I found the problem. It was a corrupted OSX install as I was having problems with the finder preferences as well.
I did a clean OSX install and another clean install of LR and it works fine now.
Thanks for the suggestions.
