Lightroom: LR 4.1rc doesn't seem to be hiding hot pixels in 5D Mark III images

I'm using Lightroom 4.1 RC to look at CR2 files from my 5D Mark III. I've noticed that I can see hot pixels in predominantly dark images. I'm not used to this with either LR or ACR, both of which normally hide them. In fact, when viewing CR2s from my 5D Mark II, I often see these bright pixels disappear after just a fraction of a second on screen. Is this capability just not yet available for the 5D Mark III given that it is just now being supported? Or can LR just not detect these particular bright pixels?
