LR 4.1: Brush: Amount slider and "scrubby pin" does not work for first pin selected [minor problem]

Steps to reproduce:
1. Reset a picture to adobe defaults
2. Enter adjustment brush, expand the effects section
3. Set some arbitrary non-zero settings that are clearly visible
4. Draw two brush strokes so two brush pins are there
5. One of:
- Exit and enter adjustment brush
- Click on "New"
- Click on "Edit" none of the pins is selected now.
6. Select a pin
7. One of:
- Collapse the effects section and move the amount slider
- Collapse the effects section and scrub on the pin by click-dragging (double-arrow symbol)
- Leave the effects section expanded and scrub on the pin by click-dragging

Expected result at step 7: The effect of the selected pin becomes weaker or stronger depending on the direction the amount slider is moved or the mouse cursor is scrubbed on the pin. If the effect section stays expanded, it is expected that all non-zero sliders move towards or away from their neutral position (or along the whole slider range if only one setting is non-zero).

Actual result at step 7: Nothing happens, except when collapsing the effects section and using the "scrubby pin" the amount slider is moving along - but nothing actually changes.

Both "scrubby pin" and amount slider only work after some effect values have been changed, *or* if the currently selected pin is the second, third etc. pin selected *or* if the current pin was just created by drawing a new brush stroke.

They do not work if a pin is selected after no pin was selected before. Clicking again on the pin just selected does not help.

Same here.
My history gets updated with an "Update Exposure Adjustment" for each time I try di adjust the pin via dragging on it, bug nothing actually happened.

I even dragged another pin which is only a +clarity settings to the left.

Expected: decrease +clarity amount.
Got: 3 other sliders moved towards lower values, but not the one that belong to this very pin.
