LR5.7: EXPORT AS JEPG PROBLEM: Unexpected Development Set applied

Hi, your assitance highly appreciated regarding above problem

A) Workflow Sequence
Import RAW files via Card Reader in LIBRARY MODUL applying a specific basic Development Set (DVS1) to each RAW file

Further refinement of RAW files in DEVELOPMENT MODUL with “write automatically changes into XMP” on

In LIBRARY MODUL Export of selected final RAW file as JEPG’s to special folder reserved for subsequent Flickr Upload (FlickrFolder) using export preset

B) PROBLEM
In order to see and rename the exported JEPG files in the FlickrFolder before upload in the WEB MODUL to Flickr, I select first “SYNCHRONIZE FOLDER” in “LIBRARY” and observe a strange modification in each exported JEPG compared to final RAW version

By opening the exported JEPG in the DEVELOPING MODUL I could see that this is due to the fact that LR applies the original DVS1 (applied to the RAW files at the moment of importing from the card reader) another time to the exported JEPG, or otherwise, in addition to the developing adjustments made on the RAW file ( I can see this in the JEPG “History” info in the DEVELOPING MODUL and by the different values in Shadow, Contrast, etc of the JEPG corresponding exactly to DVS1 values)

In my opinion, LR SHOULD NOT ADD ANY DEVELOPMENT SET OR MODIFICATION OF A FINAL RAW FILE Development when exporting it as JEPG or TIFF
NOR SHOULD IT ADD A DEVELOPMENT WHEN SYNCHRONIZING A FOLDER IN ORDER TO SEE the additional exported (now imported) photos

PLEASE KINDLY ADVISE A SOLUTION TO AVOID THE ABOVE NEGATIVE RESULT (I can of course make a reset for each JEPG, but that is not appropriate)

Thank you very much for your attention and help

When synchronizing the folder, check the Show Import Dialog checkbox so you can remove the Develop preset. It's doing exactly what you've told it to do at the moment.

For the ones you've already imported, select all and press the Reset All button in the Quick Develop panel.
