Some of these suggestions have appeared elsewhere, but after a couple of days of LR4 and an interest in geoencoding a few additional features would be nice.

1.The ability to use multiple gps tracks
2. Some video files now have GPS data - but this doesn't get picked up into LR
3. The directional indication (bearing) from GPS information displayed graphically on the map
3a. The ability to add bearing information via the map interface, i.e. We can use the map to allocate GPS position, extend this to I was there and was facing this direction.
4. The Saved Locations to include the sublocation, city, state, country metadata. This is a great workaround when the auto tagged information isn't what you want.
5. A "commit" or "accept all" to change auto tagged location information into written information - for all 5 data fields at once.
6. The ability to search and find "written" location information as distinct from "auto tagged" information.
7. I haven't played with the keywording features much yet but it strikes me that the GPS information could have an impact on the keyword suggestions that get thrown up.
8. I appears that the map screen opens to show the selected image central to the screen, what about a show all selected button/function?

I am sure I will think of more nice to haves soon....
