Hi

I'm currently a user of Aperture 3.x and Photoshop CS5, but strongly considering switching to LR, especially with some of the new features in LR4.

One thing I love about Aperture that LR is missing is in the import dialog. Here are my requests:

Add the possibility to change metadata on import
LR, like Aperture, offer the possibility to tag metadata with a preset at import time
But Aperture also permits me to change selected (checked) metadata on import as well.
In LR I have to do this after the fact in the library module
For example, I love to enter the IPTC location (City, country, etc) on import.
Now that LR have a MAP feature, it would be great to have the possibility to tag those IPTC metadata and, possibly, select a location available in My Locations for non-GPS files
Add a preset for custom folder names
Like in the rename file section, having LR creates custom folder name (based on dates, or other creteria)
Add the possibility to select or create a collection on import
Add the possibility to colour tag pictures on import

Other than that, I can live with the import dialog without too much problems.
