Lightroom: Cannot print 13x19 inch prints from Olympus ORF files to an Epson R2400

Lightroom 4 will not print 13x19 inch format prints on a Epson R2400 printer from Olympus ORF (RAW) files. 8 1/2 x 11inch prints work OK. Photoshop works OK for 13 x 19 inch prints so this problem is specifically with Lightroom.

What specifically fails to work when you try to print?

Thanks for the question.

I consistently get an approx. 4x8 inch segment of the image printed on the top left corner of the 13x19 inch sheet.

With Lightroom release 4.4 no files will print 13"x19" on an Epson Stylus Photo R2400. Originally only ORF files had this problem; now ALL files have the problem. 8"x11 1/2" prints are OK, and Photoshop continues to print 13"x19" prints. I can no longer produce gallery prints. Is this printer no longer supported; do I need to spend $1000 on a new printer to obtain this print size from LR?
