Lightroom: Reorganize the Develop Module sync dialog to match order in module

I’d love to see the Develop Module Sync Dialog reorganized for consistency, with the tools presented in the same order they are in the develop module.

We’re used to seeing the basic panel tools first, then tone curve, HSL, split toning, etc. So when the Sync dialog comes up and the same tools are randomly reordered it makes it hard for newcomers to find the tool they’re looking for.

For example: Clarity, Vibrance and Saturation aren’t grouped with the “Basic Tone” section. The detail panel tools (Sharpening and Noise Reduction) are separated. And the Spot Removal checkbox is far away from the other Local Adjustments.

This discontinuity seems odd - simply rearranging these items to be consistant with the same order they are presented to us in the Develop module would be helpful. In other words, group all the Basic panel items first, then Tone Curve, then HSL, etc.
