LR Classic - sort order for synced collections not replicating to web or mobile

When I initially create a sync’d collection in LR Classic, it is in ‘capture date’ sequence. I then rearrange the images into a ‘custom’ order which I like.

If I go to LR web, the order is still in capture date sequence. It has not been “rolled out” from Classic’. To fix this, I need to find and click on ‘Custom’ order and it then arranges as the were in the collection. Why do I manually have to do this?

When I then go to my iPad, I need to do the same thing. In fact, when I go to my iPhone, i also need to do it there.

All very frustrating.

Gets my vote. 

I've just remembered that the Cloudy desktop app only just got per-album sort orders in the last release, and I can't remember how the mobile apps handle sort orders offhand, so they may need to catch up before it can sync.

Mobile apps have ‘Custom’ order. When selected, the images ‘pop’ into the order created in the collection. However, one needs to set this on each device and on the web. (Only tested on iDevices LR app)
