LR classic CC; since yesterday, in Library filmstrip and grid give only blank popups and no pics. Pics show only in develop module. Already uninstalled LR and reinstalled and made new DB with new photo's but it stays same.

Sounds like your previews cache may be corrupt. Open the catalog folder and move the 'catalogname previews.lrdata' out of it. Then start Lightroom. Lightroom will start to rebuild the cache, so you should see the previews appear one by one.

Tried but unfortunately no luck.
Reinstalled classic CC AND started with an empty DB Uploaded 12 files, problem stays same. Also got latest NVIDEA driver.

OK, something else to try: Lightroom uses color management, so it may be a problem of profile corruption. The profiles are different between library/filmstrip and develop. Change your monitor profile to some other profile. It doesn't matter which one; it's just to check if that solves the problem.

You can simply replace the newly generated .lrdata with the one you moved out of the catalog folder. That should bring back all previews. And you must recalibrate your monitor and create a new monitor profile, of course.
