Todd, you have at least my sympathy! I installed LR classic CC on my 2014 Macbook Pro and it works like a dream. When I upgraded my PC to Windows 10 it destroyed my motherboard - think your problem is related to Microsoft. Tony.

A system hang or freeze requiring a computer restart usually means a low level failure such as a driver (bad video card driver, etc), failing hardware (hard disk, video card, etc.) or damaged OS installation.

In this case, I would suspect a bad graphics driver or conflicting graphics drivers from different cards/brands. Troubleshooting help here: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/lightroom-gpu-faq.html

Why does everyone want to blame our system when LR crashes the system. I started up my system last night ran different programs and it is still running now. But if I start LR it will crash, doesnt that point to LR as the culprit not my system?
As I stated in my original post this happened on my old system as well as the new one same Hardware as before same case same everything. Myobuild ran fine until I updated to Classic CC from CC. I thought the problem when it started shutting down was due to only 10% available space on my SSD so I tried to move stuff off of it and use my other drives for storage document folders and things of that nature. When it's still crashed during use of Lightroom I decided to switch to a 500 gig SSD when cloning didn't work I resorted to a complete fresh install after installing Lightroom CC classic the system started crashing again show old system didn't crash till the update new system crashed after the update. Old system all updated still crash new system install new drivers still crashing. How can the problem be my system when everything happened after the update on the old system and the new system please help

One suggestion Ive received was to uncheck gpu usage but I haven't been able to get in the program long enough to change it.

Sorry if my comments seem argumentative, Im just frustrated. I was all excited after the unveiling presentation. They made it sound like it was going to be as fast as the Photo Mechanic.

I understand the frustration. Never believe the marketing people! It IS faster for a lot of people, but big changes often comes with a few big bugs too, unfortunately.
