LR indicates update has taken place, but version running is still 15.1.1. Spent 1 hr with Adobe support (15 min each with 2 Chat room techs, both of whom "hung up" on me, then 30 minutes on phone while tech read manual, finally advising me to uninstall/install, losing plug-ins and ???), without resolution. Mac OS is latest El Capitan. Hard to believe Adobe cannot provide better tech support (after paying their $ rates).
