Lightroom CC 2015.4: Win7 with Wacom Intuous3 - can't click and drag to pan image

I am having a very aggravating issue while using the Develop Module. After zooming in, either using the or clicking in the image I find it impossible to pan using "click and drag" to pan the image using the pen while the image is enlarged. The wacom mouse pans fine, and the pen pans fine in the Library module after clicking to enlarge. It only doesn't work with pen in Develop mod. I have the latest Wacom driver installed. I have used this combo for years with no problem before.

Edit: The "click and drag" works fine if I go to full screen mode, but not with side panels showing.

I encounter exactly the same problem with Wacom Intuos Pro Small, latest drivers installed. Rolled back to CC2015 release version, and no problem anymore. Then updated to version 6.1.1 and there it was again.

I hope this issue will get addressed real soon.

Same problem here:

Wacom driver latest version 6.3.16-2, Wacom Intuous Pro Medium, Lightroom 2015.5.1
Win 7 Professional 64Bit

Problem shows only in the Develop module and only with GPU support activated.
If I disable the GPU support (K2200 Quadro card with latest vendor drivers 361.91) the click and drag panning is working, but then the panning is slower as with GPU support activated which is what I would expect, so disabling it is not really a solution.
Click and pan in Library works fine, no matter if GPU support is active or not.

I hope too, that this issue will be fixed soon!
(4 month are already a very long time)

Regards

I reverted to the LR15 release and haven't updated since. I'm waiting for confirmation that the functionality has returned. Until then why waste the time? I'm not sure Adobe has anyone monitoring these posts. I'm surprised more people haven't complained. The Develop Module is where I do the bulk of my LR work and zoom/drag/pan is essential! (hello? adobe?)

I just tested this with the latest Wacom Driver 6.3.16-2, and an Intuos 4 Small and Lightroom CC2016.6. CC2015.6 I was able to click and pan in the Develop module. Can you update your systems and see if it is working now?

Thanks! I am using Win 7, Wacom Intuous 3 driver ver. 6.3.11w3 (the latest I could find for Intuous 3 - the 6.3.16-2 driver doesn't work with it). After installing the LRCC2015.6 all seems to be working correctly. Thanks for getting this fixed!
