Lightroom CC: Crashing constantly (Mac OS - Graphics Driver Issue)

LR CC is crashing CONSTANTLY.
even after the latest 2015.3 update.

if i walk away or switch to a different application, it almost certainly will be frozen (mac beachball spinning) when i return.
just now it crashed twice... while actively using it.
i am expecting it to crash while i'm sitting here witting this report.

it has been crashing ever since i switched from LR6 to CC.
this product is completely unreliable and i consider it a flagrant abuse how adobe has essentially forced us into a monthly subscription from a standalone app.
and worse still, the freaking product is worthless.

please spend a little more time working out the bugs on a product before you release it, not to mention REPLACE an existing product.
bad business.

What does the crash log say in it? That would help us troubleshoot with you.

just tried to copy&paste the crash log.
but i'm stopped from submitting it... because photoshop.com thinks it includes profanity. ha!

how is one of the most established software companies in the world getting away with such shoddy products and services?

and, btw, i send a report every time it crashes.
have for months now.

it's literally crashed on me four times in the hour since i posted the original issue... ahhhhh

ok. what is the procedure to resolve this?
uninstall and reinstall?

We need to see the crash report to know what is happening for sure.
But uninstalling and reinstalling would be a good idea to rule out a bad installation.

tried a full uninstall / reinstall.
was stable for a day, but just frozen up on me again.

it won't let me copy&paste the crash log because it's so long / adobe thinks it contains profanity...

You said it was crashing.
Crashes and freezes are very different things.

The forum profanity filter goofs sometimes. Just refresh the page and try pasting it in again.

i'm a professional.
i am paying for professional software.
the quality control for adobe is horrendous.

i'm in the middle of important work and it's crashing every 10 minutes.

Almost every time I've opened LR since updating to 6.2 (and now 6.3), the computer freezes. It's not just LR that freezes, but the entire computer. I cannot do anything except wait, and I know exactly how long I've been waiting because the clock freezes. Ten minutes of that godda*n spinning wheel while trying to show my wife a single photo. I thought the point of moving to a subscription model was to have software updates released when they're ready, not to an artificial schedule?

ended up just calling adobe's tech support on the phone.

after researching it he called me back and had me disable "Use Graphics Processor" in the Performance tab of Preferences.

since then i haven't had any freezes.

and i believe he said it was an issue on their end.
havne't seen it affect performance, but hoping it will be fix in the next update.

That means that the problem is most likely in your video card driver. There are still a number of unfixed issues with the video card drivers in MacOS 10.11. So turning off GPU usage is probably your best bet for now.

I've a Mac Pro 2012, a 6 core 3,66 Mhz, with 1Gb graphic card (ATI 5770), and the problem is the same for me. 
I've had a technician months ago when I had a macbook pro and he told me this was my graphic card which hadn't got enough memory (512Mo)... And to turn off graphic card acceleration. That's what I've done and it worked ! But even now with my Mac Pro and 1Gb graphic card, the problem is the same and I had to switch off graphic card acceleration. Since LR6 1rst update, the problem is on and never resolved !!!
