Lightroom CC: Filmstrip/grid doesn't display images, just colour blocks

Hi all, I'm trying out LR cc desktop and have uploaded a handful of images. there are a bunch of RAW .RAF images that don't show up in Photo Grid or Square Grid and in the Detail view, they're missing in the film strip (although the picture shows in the main window). In each case, there is a different pastel coloured square instead of the picture. It's the same in the web viewer but is fine on ipad. Any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks!

Peter,

I am unable to tell from your screenshot whether you are using Mac or Windows. Which OS? Which version of the OS?

Hi Rikk,

I’ve the same problem on an older Mac 10.13.6 and a new one on 10.14 with LRCc on 2.1.1. The files are from a Fuji xt3

Thanks!

Do non-Fuji X-T3 files display correctly?

Yes, other types work fine and other Fuji raw files from the same camera are displayed no problem. just seems to be this batch. I can deleate and upload them again and see if that fixes it but just wondered if it was a known bug.

Would you be willing to share a file with me so I can take a look at it?

Sure, thanks for your help. Here's the original RAF downloaded from LRCC https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ajr2mzKZ_ILizT1JGUo7l0igtU3n

On another photo with this problem, I deleted it from the cloud and uploaded it again from my own back up.  It show up fine so I'm happy to do that for the rest of them if there's no easy solution. Thanks.

This file is working on my end.  Given that we don't have other reports to go by, I think your process of restoring from your backups is a good step. If it happens again, we will need to look at this in depth. Right now, it looks like a one-time glitch. Keep me posted on your progress.
