LightRoom CC 2015.3 Constantly crashing on Win10, GPU already disabled.

Hey everyone.

I've seen a lot of talk regarding similar issues that I'm having, but all point to updating drivers/disabling GPU acceleration as a fix. I've done both of those but am having constant hangs in the develop module anyway. Specs:

Windows 10 Pro
i7-4790K 4.0/4.4 Turbo
16GB DDR3
2 x R9 290 4GB GDDR5

LR CC 2015.3 Release; AMD Radeon "Crimson" driver, 15.30.1025-151117a-296567C (This is much newer than the patch that supposedly fixed LR problems)

Can anyone suggest something else? This is completely unusable. I haven't edited any photos in a while because it's so discouraging. I tried to do some more today and it hangs within minutes, every time. Completely useless product at this point.

If you can follow the instruction https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/931673 to create a crash dump file and make it available online (dropbox or other online sharing). I can take a look on where is the crashing coming from.
