LR 6.10 Spot removal brush slow when second monitor on "overview"

I have a two monitor set up, iMac 27 is my main monitor and a 23 Cinema display the second monitor. The latter one normally displays the selected picture in lupe view ( my LR is set to german, so I don't know if lupe view is the same in english? In german the view pattern is: grid, lupe, compare, overview and slide show (literally translated)).

I have been using the spot removal brush a lot doing hundreds of stills with fine gradated backrgrounds, where you see every hint of a sensor dust spot. It all worked fine until yesterday, suddenly the brush was freezing after clicking for almost 5 seconds until I could do the next spot. Of course there is no way to do hundreds of spots on all my images with that delay, especially if it worked fine before.

So I was wondering, what had changed and I realized, that I had changed the view on the second monitor to "overview" just before going on with the spotting, where normally it is always set to "lupe". I changed it back to "lupe" view and voila, my spotting tool was working in real time again!

I am on El Capitan with LR 6.10, graphics acceleration is disabled (that never made a difference in speed, so what is it good for anyway).

If Adobe could look into this bug, that would be great. I did have a very slow spotting tool before, but of course it never occurred to me, that it could have something to do with the view setting on a second monitor.
