LR 5.7 Internal error on exporting: An internal error has occurred: ?:0: attempt to index a nil value

LR 5.7 I get an 27.05.15 22:47:37,778 Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5[780]: bad argument #1 to '?' (string expected, got nil)
error on exporting files from RAW to JPEG.

The catalogue has been previously repaired (the very same day as the nil-error occurred as a matter of fact).
I tried another (old) catalogue on a different hard drive which works just fine.
I tried other options in the exporting tool (like not changing the file name, not exporting keywords - basically doing a plain export without any changes to the file except the file format) => the same error occurred
I tried re-opening the catalogue which did not fix anything
I tried optimizing the catalogue which did not fix anything either.

Apparently someone here: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/16988... has the very same problem I have - without any solutions yet.

Any advise you can give me to fix this will be appreciated.

Best regards

I tried overwriting the "old" catalogue with the newest backup too - No effect.

But what actually helped: opening the backup catalogue from the backup disk (not the same as the original catalogue) => no problem exporting...
(Actually no problem opening the catalogue either, even though after the initial copy-process opening would cause a repair-operation to start.)

Maybe this helps someone else too?
