LR 5.6 crashing

Hi .. I upgraded to 5.6 a month or two ago and had no issues until today.

I was adding a folder to my inventory when it just stopped immediately (and consistently) right after selecting the newly created folder. To be clear, I create the folder, populate it from the camera, and then add it, using the new folder add feature. The app pauses then crashes with the information here: from Windows 7 Ulitmate SP1

Basically something is wrong on your system with part of the hardware or drivers that would be used to address memory cards, and causing the crash.
You can disable the memory card support in Lightroom until you can get the system fixed.
