Elements: Lots of problems with Elements 12

To add to my previous list of bugs (This elements 12 is almost unusable)
1. Cannot always drag files into the screen to edit, particularly if RAW files
2. Edited RAW files will not open always in main screen if in 16-bit palette format.
3. Can only print a single image and then must completely close and restart elements 12 to regain a print function.
4. Does not always see printer, even when restarted.
I also note the loss of some 16-biyt functionality that I had on photoshop 10. Where did it go and how do I get it back?

What version/OS (Mac or Windows) are you on?

When you say drag files onto screen, are you dragging from the Organizer into Editor? Or from the Finder/Windows Explorer?

What printer/driver are you using?

Which specific 16-bit functionality are you missing?

Thanks Jeff. Customer support did an excellent job solving my printer problem. It was a corrupted Elements file.Once the printer issues were resolved, the other issues seemed to have disappeared also. I can drag pictures from my own organizer into Photoshop elements with no problems. (all my files are Sony RAW files) It may have been that the corrupted file was creating all of my problems. For now things seems to be working great.

If you create a new blank document, can you access your printer?

I have cooled my heels for a few days testing Elements 12 with every thing I can think of, and it lookd like the problem is cured at last. Your superb customer support crew suggested I delete the entire Photoshop appdata directory., which worked. Your support guys were blaming it on a possibly unstable computer,, however I am running a very stable high end Intel machine with advanced graphics processing, and do not agree. It may have been a glitch in instal. Everything is fine now.

My experience is thatr there has not been answers to any of the questions. I have reverted to photoshop 10, because at least it works.
