If you were a registered user you should be able to retrieve it from the accounts page.

I had the same problem with serial number - went into adobe website and logged in.  Went to my account and looked previous orders and got serial number fromprevious registration.  I was able to reinstall once I got the download of that product. I could not find anything other than adobe cc on the regular website but through the chat room, the agent was able to send me a download link for my older CS4 - now I transfer the files I want to print over my network and print from my old PC.

Hi Alicia, which product did you lose a serial # for? Do you remember where you purchased it from?

I looked under the email address you've used to post here and didn't see any registered products. I also searched by your name and didn't turn up any accounts with registered products. Is it possible it's under a different email address or name?
