I keep losing the plug ins I installed into photoshop. Why is this happening, I use Onone and topaz among others. They were all installed in the program and were working. Then , today they are no longer photoshop menus.

Double check which copy of Photoshop you are running.
Then double check that the plugins are installed correctly in the Plug-Ins folder for that copy of Photoshop.

It is version CC and the plug ins are no longer installed. They just disappeared from the program although they are still iinstalled in lightroom.

Could it be the results of a CC upgrade Adobe did.

My photoshop CS6 no longer works also. I get error message 1 and am asked to reinstall.

You should be on CC 2014, not the older CC.

Check the Plug-Ins directory and make sure the files weren't removed.

Check Help->System Info in Photoshop to make sure you are running the copy from the right directory.

If the files are still there, and you're sure you're running the right copy of Photoshop - then you may want to check anti-virus software and other utilities that might interfere with loading of plugins.
