I have been using LR5 on my stand alone PC since 2013. Recently I've had to reformat my hard drives and therefore reupload all my programs. I have the disc, but no registration number. Is there something that can be done? Thanks!

If your product was registered you should be able to go into your account at www.adobe.com  and retrieve your serial number.

Thanks for the reply. Adobe has no orders associated with my account. I purchased LR5 when it came out from B&H Photo/Video and uploaded it on to my stand alone PC. The program was never registered with Adobe (didn't know that was needed to be done). Are there any other solutions since LR5 & LR6 are now unavailable on a hard copy?

If you have a clone of your hard drive from before it was wiped, you may be able to find the registration file. If you have the disc, the serial number should be on the case. Beyond that, it's time to update to subscription.

if you can find your receipt from B&H, many times the license key is specified on the purchase receipt.  But, even if it isn't, when you call Adobe Tech Support they will need you to prove that you actually did purchase the product and will probably need to send them a copy of the receipt so you might as well look for it now.  if you can't find it, B&H may be able to dig up a copy.
