I purchased PhotoShop Elements - my computer was rebuilt so I lost my installation software - when I go to my account - the product does not show up. What are my options for getting this product installed.

It is (V12, I believe). Unfortunately, my license info was on the box that was rebuilt and the purchase does not show up it my purchased products for some reason.

You can download and install the PSE12 software from the link, above, but unless you either purchased the software from Adobe or registered the software with Adobe you won't be able to look up your serial number, yourself.

It is possible that someone on Adobe Chat will be able to find your serial number in their logs if you use the right Adobe ID when you chat with them, but there'd have to be some way that they could associate this Adobe ID with the serial number

You can usually get to Adobe Chat if you start with the Support option on the menu at Adobe.com and click that you need Activation help, and then click on Still Need Help, and if you live in the right country and it's the right time of day Chat will likely be available.

Obviously Adobe is not in the business of giving out serial numbers to anyone that calls up claiming to have purchased their software but lost all evidence of ownership, so it may not work, but at least try.

Thanks Steve - I found a backup of my computer with the Order Confirmation - Oder Number, Serial Number, Payment Details, etc - so I think I'm set - thanks for your help.
