Photoshop: Lost background download - graphics

Somewhere on the Adobe website I found a link to a free watercolor background download. Somehow the download got canceled and I don't find the link back. It was a free download for sure, and I think I got there through the CC app... I checked apps and assets but don't find it. Can someone help me out. I am weary of browsing all the so called "free" backgrounds via google, as most of them say free but when you go to the site they want money. I only need one little background for a one time thingie so would be happy with free.

There are two place I would look.

1) Creative Cloud desktop app. Click on Assets and then click on Market. There are free assets available here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/market.html
2) Adobe Add-ons: Free and paid 3rd party assets: https://exchange.adobe.com/addons

Thank you Jeffrey, I tried both of those links but don't find it back. It's ok, I will look for another solution. I also noted that the photography plan does not count as single app plan, so maybe that is why I can not find it back. Thanks for the info.
