Feedback Site: Login via twitter, facebook etc

Why is it virtually impossible to login with ones twitter account? Why don't you just remove that option since it takes forever to manage to do it. How hard would it be to have a "sign in using twitter, facebook (etc)" link at the login page??

Why do you even allow it when it then is almost impossible to login?

That is either just bad customer support or really lousy usability regarding this forum.

Login where?

This site only allows you to login with GetSatisfaction or Adobe IDs.

Sigh... What do you think you use with GetSatisfaction? Your twitter, facebook account etc. Why not read the question and not just the words?
In max 1 out of 10 tries the option to use your twitter login credentials, or facebook (i.e GetSatisfaction) it works, in max 1 out of 10 tries the option to use GetSatisfaction account is available, And also when you successfully logged in you still get the "You need to login to view this page". Even when it says you are logged in!!

Hi Beef,

I just tried logging in several times with my twitter account and it worked fine every time.

Are you just miffed that Adobe ID is the initial log-in screen and you need to click and navigate to the GetSat log-in screen?

No I lack the link TO the GetSat options. It is "NEVER" there.
I don't logout any more since its so difficult to log in.

Is it easier if I put a coule of screen shots here for you to see?
