Was following a tutorial on using luts and at one point they showed how to copy them to the presets luts folder. However, that was on a MAC and I use a PC. I looked in the presets folder but could not find a 3dluts folder

Have you got one called CLUTs? If you have neither CLUTs nor 3DLUTs, you can try making one. I don't think Windows and Mac would use different names for the folders. (I'm on a Mac, as you can guess.)

Forgot to add, I'm looking in the user Library, under App Support, and Photoshop 2019 Presets folder. Your Windows path would be slightly different, but I think you can get to the right spot for adding to the Presets folder in your user library. When I look in the Application folder, instead, I have 3DLUTs, but they're not all there, maybe because I  save presets that don't ship with PS to the library Presets folder.

Thanks, Todd. I've tried googling to see if Adobe's Help has published common paths showing both Windows and Mac, but Google so far has turned up nothing—I may not be using the right search criteria, but it would be helpful if Adobe 's Online Guide displayed common paths the way it offers keyboard shortcuts. So how to get to each user's library, where application Settings are, paths to application's Resources, etc.

Maybe impossible, though, if the paths deviate between versions of each OS a lot.
