Photoshop: Liquify Tool doesn't show effect until I press OK, is something wrong?

So, when I use the Liquify.. It pops up with the window where you do all your editing, changing Brush Size, Density, Pressure and Rate... Along with the Mask Options.. So that's normal.

But when I apply some actions with the brush while inside the editing window, no effect is shown. Although I know it is getting things done as when I press OK. My picture is Liquify.

So my problem is.. When I am working with the Liquify too, I cant actually see what I am doing. I have to kinda guess how it is affecting the image, before pressing OK to look at my results.

Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this? or is there a box I did not tick somewhere?

So here's where I am in the editing window, I've already distorted the photo - It just doesn't show any preview of it for some reason.

This is what I get after I press OK.

Usually means a problem with the video card driver -- update the driver from the GPU maker's website.

And, of course, make sure all Photoshop updates have been installed.
