Photoshop: Liquify Filter - Parallel or Bidirectional Push/Pull Tool

It would push outward or inward in two parallel directions perpendicular to the brush stroke direction. For example I could trace through the center of a curvy snake or rope, or legs, nose bridge etc. and enlarge or shrink it evenly on both sides.

Hi Bruce, you should be able to drag the Pucker or Bloat tool to uniformly squeeze or expand along a path or curve. Is that not working for you?

Hi Jeff. The pucker and bloat tool squeezes and expands radially. I need a tool that does it bidirectionally perpendicular to my stroke. So if I drag down then it's squeezing or expanding in the left and right directions only.
