Pixelation is back in photoshop. I’m enrolled in Apple beta releases and have the absolute latest Mojave 10.14.2Please help. I have SO MUCH work load.

I inadvertently upgraded to Mojave 10.14.2 the other day, and the same issue that plagued Photoshop at the release of Mojave (black artifacts after using the liquify tool) has returned. know upgrading to Mojave 10.14.1 originally solved this problem, but it looks like it has returned with 10.14.2... Anyone got any advice? Is there a permanent fix on the way so we don't have to keep dealing with this every other update?

The page doesn't seem to mention the problem being back with 10.14.2 specifically... Thank you for verifying this issue is on your radar anyway. I have to say it's a bit frustrating not to get any kind of official feedback for so long.

You can use a free program called Kext Beast best to use version 2.0.1 to install all the Mojave 10.14.1 AMD kexts from System/Library/Extensions copied from a Mac with 10.14.1 to repair the damage 10.14.2 redid!
Adobe decided to remove my post from the forum probably because I mentioned another program? But this works! You just use the program to put 10.14.1 AMD drivers that worked back into your 10.14.2 system so you dont need to roll back the entire system but just the drivers.

Dont forget to disable SIP or install driver on the active systemdrive wont work. Or start up from external drive to be able to install might also work but I have not tested that.

We have to downgrade to High Sierra as AMD Fire PRO GPU on mac pro bugs after update 10.14.1(which was solved) since we tried updates 10.14.2 and 10.14.3, different Kext manipulations etc. Nothing worked... Shame.
I found without OpenCL it worked faster than with it on 2 GPU's crazy.
Now have build 10.13.6 and it is decent.

Why not revert to 10.14.1 so you can still run dark mode? I believe that's the only version of 10.14.x that didn't have the issue right?
Back to High Sierra and everything is perfect now 
January 27th. Mojave 10.14.3. Problem still there. ¿Any news from Adobe ?

See the official answer. We're working with Apple to get a fix for the AMD driver for affected cards.

Liquify Tool. The black pixel issue when using the liquify tool which first appeared last year is back. I've been living with it for a month now. Last year it appeared and then Apple and Adobe addressed it and it was corrected. But it has returned and is really frustrating. It is adding so much time to my workflow. I understand turning off the graphics processor is a workaround, but that disables other key tools that are huge time savers in my workflow. Scrubby zoom, flick to pan, rotate, etc... Please...... this is costing lots of people time and money. I understand Apple is involved in this as well but you are both huge companies and it's impossible to get an answer on this. Help us out! Thank you.

Leave the graphic processor on. Just alt-click when launching Liquify. This way the graphic processor is only disabled for Liquify, the rest of the workflow will not be affected.

Or you could look at my posts and really fix it.
Disable SIP.
And use Kext Beast to put the AMD Extensions from 10.14.1 in your current system.
Reboot and done.
Like 5 minutes...
