Photoshop CS6: Audio not in sync after video export

I've edited a video in photoshop cs6, and exported it to video in H.264 format. When I play the resulting file (in real player or in quicktime) the audio and video tracks are out of sync. What am I doing wrong?

I'm having a similar issue, though I haven't even made it to the export stage yet.
After trimming a few seconds off the beginning of a video (.mov) clip, the audio is now out of sync by .5-1 second or so.
Very frustrating!

A Google search led me here, and this is the only post I've found about this. Are we the only ones having this problem?

Nothing I've found is anything but reviews, and most don't even address the existing audio track; they just talk about adding music and the like, which has nothing to do with what I'm up to.
I just want to trim down a clip from my iPhone so my folks can get a look at what their granddaughter is up to.

Hi Stephen - sounds like you've got it worse than I have! I've tried the chat-based support and they were pretty helpful, escalated the issue to a more senior support agent. I've been away for the weekend so hoping they'll call me back when I get back.
