When creating an image file by inserting multiple photos, how can you select one of the photos in the image to crop? This would allow you to trim the top or side and fit each photo in the final image and maintain its aspect ratio. It is difficult to trim outside of the final image.

Microsoft Word allows you to insert multiple images into a document. You can move, re-size or crop each image independently. By selecting an icon, you can switch between re-sizing and cropping.

Hi ,

If you are going to make an Image file by inserting multiple photos,
After adding (inserting) multiple photos Select Move tool , check on the "show Bounding Box option" and then resize each individual image .
Or
if you want to crop each file first crop and then add them into the final image.

thanks,
Neeraj
