Ligtroom: LR4.4 problems with export to SSD disk

I think there is a problem with LR 4.4 (have not tried LR 5 as I don't have it yet) when EXPORTING JPEG file (Windows 7, 64-bit) to an SSD disk ..at the beginning the file looks fine and can be viewed using external viewers but after a while some files become corrupted and cannot be opened anymore.
This happens only when I export to my main disk (which is an SSD disk). If I export to a regular Hard Disk (magnetic) this never happens. Copying from magnetic HD to SSD has no problems neither. No other programs or W7 64-bit system have any problems with SSD, just Lightroom.
Does LR have some delayed writes? Buffer flushing?

thanks and regards

If the files are truly corrupted, then the issue is likely a hardware issue and I would run some hardware diagnostics and/or replace the drive.

The drive is fine - diagnostics have been run and another SSD drive used. Same problem. The entire W7 64 bis system runs off this drive without any problems. Also no other applications exhibit this behaviour.
The only case I have seen is LR Export.
Has anybody tried to export LR files to an SSD drive?

thanks
