I just tested with 8 photos and I was able to upload to and then delete the files from Photoshop.com using Lightroom alone.

-Is there any difference between the file that uploaded and the rest? (File format, significant size differences, metadata applied, file source)

-Did you verify you have enough free space on Photoshop.com?

-If you click the publish button again, does one more file upload?

-Do you get any error messages?

-Can you post a screen shot of your collection in Lightroom?

To me, it seems like you're saying you try to upload images, they do upload but only one is displayed correctly and the other images don't appear or appear with generic icons (but do show file metadata)?

Like Brett, I also could not reproduce any problem uploading. I was even able to upload two very large jpegs, 24.3 MB and 25.5 MB. I just imported various jpegs and RAW image formats into Lightroom, and they were all published as Jpegs and displayed as expected.

What image file types were used for your source images?

Does the same troublesome image upload and process correctly when you upload directly at www.photoshop.com using your web browser? (I was able to upload various jpegs and RAW formats and those worked as well)

If the issue persists for you, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin.
