Lightroom: Strange halos around high contrasted silouettes.

Lightroom 4 Beta 1:

Strange looking halos around high contrasted silouettes, maybe caused by purple fringe of the lenses. See picture below.
Also the edge sharpening looks strange around the lightest branches. As if there were blocky pixels.

I've seen these before in LR 3 when using too much fill light.

What happens if you turn off clarity? Or if you turn down the highlight slider only?

Clarity doesn't affect at all.
If I turn down Highlight slider, I think that turn down is to get back to 0 value, the strange halo disappears in a white sky, but there is a blueish surrounding (like a fringe) around the high contrasted part. What I want is to recover the sky.
