Lightroom SDK: photo:getHistogram (or equivalent)

It would be very useful for certain kinds of develop setting plugins to have access to histogram data, for example, a table with relative number of pixels at each luminosity.

Initial motivation for request is to support an auto-toning plugin, but I bet other uses would be thought of too...

Should include net luminosity, as well as individual channel distributions.

I've implemented a work-around for this feature:

* Extract preview
* Submit preview to ImageMagick (convert) for histogram extraction.

Actually works quite well (albeit not super-fast) if preview is up to date.

Unfortunately, after a develop setting change, the preview might not be up to date.

This is a serious limitation (problem) of the current work-around.

A way to force preview to be updated via SDK would help, as would implementation of this function...
