Lightroom SDK: photo:applyDevelopSnapshot only works in develop module

I realize this function has not been released yet for full support, but in the interest of possibly having it working upon initial release (presumably 5.1):

photo:applyDevelopSnapshot() doesn't work when in library module.

Unless there is a parameter needed (is there?).

And since there is currently no officially supported way to determine whether user is in develop module or to explicitly switch to the develop module, that function will need to be fixed (or we need to be able to detect/force dev module).

Sorry if this is premature...

@Lr5.3RC ( maybe @Lr5.2(?) ), photo:deleteDevelopSnapshot does not work at all, even in develop module. Granted, this function was never documented, and so never officially supported, still...

Adobe: this was a useful function - please restore/document/support in a future version - thanks.
