Lightroom: Publishing enhancement - do not re-render if image hasn't changed.

Presently, publishing services/plugins specify which changes warrant re-publishing (the criteria may or may not be exposed to the user), but image is always re-rendered when photo is re-published. However, re-rendering should only be necessary if develop settings have changed since last published.

Re-publishing would often be much faster...

A workaround for the mean time - Exportant's "Fast Cache" filter.

When you export, it saves a full-size/quality rendering in the cache, so if develop settings haven't changed, no re-rendering is required, and subsequent exports are lightning fast.

Note: re-rendering is required if develop settings change, but NOT if export settings change.
