Lightroom mobile: Access to mobile data despite the ban

Hello,

in the Lightroom mobile settings I have specified that only wireless data can be transmitted. Nevertheless, data on UMTS to be recharged in the absence of Wi-Fi. Even turning off the mobile settings of the iPad does not help, it will still be reloaded data! Only the complete disconnect from the mobile network helps, but that can not be sense of it all.

Can you please let us know exactly what you mean that the data is reloaded?
Do you mean that you can sync down photos to your device or upload photos from your device?

I can sync down photos to my iPad.

Mobile Data are disabled and I have no WLAN::


after viewing one photo Lightroom downloaded 3MB::

Ok, now I understand the problem.

Until we have a fix for this I would suggest enabling the Sync Only over Wifi Setting in Lightroom mobile.
You just press the Lr mobile icon in the app and toggle the setting.
