When I geotag an image to one of my location favorites stored in "my locations" I would like to get all my location fields automatically filled (Country, State, City, Sublocation, Altitude, ISO Country Code).

The way I'd see this being done is by associating a metadata preset with the saved location, so you could add other metadata too

Thank you John for giving me the hint with the metadata preset. This works fine. The only point is that the GPS coordinate format in the preset is not as exact as those of the location preset. And - in my opinion - inserting all the location informations into the location preset would be more intuitive.

Actually, I wasn't suggesting this as an alternative to your feature request, but as a way that Adobe might approach it. In the Saved Locations dialog, there should be a drop down list of metadata presets which can be associated with the map location. If the user then adds pictures to the map location, that preset will be applied to those images. The advantage is that keywords and other metadata could be added when images are geotagged.

Incidentally, did you notice that there is reverse geotagging? I don't find it useful but some do.

What about keywords in map positions? I like that every picture positioned within Iceland for example could be keyworded as Iceland, Europe and so on...

This is a function I would like to see added. It would be extremely useful to be able to create polygons (e.g. import from kml) to which keywords are attached. Any photo within the polygon would be assigned these keywords.

Very handy for example for nature photographers frequently vising the sames national/regional parks.
